TCHC’s new Toronto Housing At Work interactive online report shows the progress of capital repair work taking place across the city. The report serves as a central reference point for the merits of TCHC’s capital repair funding needs. It visualized live data that tracked the progress of the $175 million being spent throughout 2015.
The report was designed and built around the constantly updating data regularly fed into the codebase — from the type of work, to where it’s being done and how money is being spent.
It has helped build support among all TCHC stakeholders, including politicians, tenants, staff and Torontonians, and now serves as a central reference point for the TCHC’s communications and capital finance campaign.
